1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the WhatsAI World service (the « Service ») and the purchase of availability time and photos (presented as « gifts ») and subscriptions, offered by the publisher of whatsaiworld.com, SIREN 890 187 180 (the « Publisher ») to users (the « User »).

2. The Service

The Service lets you chat on Telegram with fictional characters powered by artificial intelligence. The User acknowledges that they are not talking to a real person. The account is created automatically with the first message.

Free conversation: chatting with a character is free. Like a real person, the character becomes less available as the day goes on: replies may then come with a delay (from a few minutes to half an hour), and beyond 90 messages in a day the character no longer replies until the next day. The counter resets every day at midnight (Paris time).

Availability time: by offering a gift, the User gets a period during which the character is fully available to them: replies without delay and without message limits, and photos depending on the gift. This time starts with the first message sent after payment and runs continuously until it ends, whether or not the User writes. The character gives notice shortly before the end.

3. Access

The Service is reserved for people aged 18 or over. The User must have Telegram and an internet connection, at their own expense.

4. Offers and prices

Purchases are presented as symbolic « gifts » given to the character. A gift is solely a period of availability and, where applicable, photos: no physical item is delivered, and the fictional character receives nothing. Each gift is a one-time payment:

Availability time purchased but not yet started remains yours with no time limit; several gifts add up. Photos from gifts never expire.

First gift: the availability time of the very first gift purchased by a User is doubled (photos unchanged). This benefit is granted only once per account and does not apply to the subscription.

Message packs purchased before this model was introduced remain valid.

4a. Photos

Characters can send photos of themselves, generated by artificial intelligence: they do not depict any real person. Three photos are free on sign-up. To prevent abuse, photos are limited (outside an availability period: one every 30 minutes and 10 per day). A photo is only counted if it is actually sent: a refused request (forbidden content, real person) or a failed generation is not counted. The Publisher may refuse any request contrary to these terms.

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. The Publisher may change its prices; the applicable prices are those displayed at the time of the order. For an ongoing subscription, any increase is notified at least 30 days before it applies, and the User may cancel.

5. Order and payment

Gifts: they are ordered and paid directly in the Telegram conversation, in Telegram Stars (Telegram's digital currency, bought by the User from Telegram, Apple or Google depending on their device, at the price they display). Payment is processed by Telegram; the Publisher never has access to bank details. If there is a problem, a payment can be refunded in Stars on request to contact@whatsaiworld.com.

Subscription: it is taken out from the personal link sent in the conversation; card payment is processed by Stripe, and the Publisher never has access to bank details.

Availability time and photos are credited as soon as payment is confirmed.

6. Subscription: duration and cancellation

The subscription runs for one month and renews automatically every month. There is no commitment: the User can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, via the « Manage my subscription » button available from their personal link. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period; no pro-rata refund is made.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on an intangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and waiver of the right of withdrawal. By confirming their order, the User requests immediate performance of the Service and expressly waives their right of withdrawal. This request and waiver are collected through a mandatory checkbox before any payment.

8. Acceptable use

The User must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to misuse it, or use it to harass, threaten or harm others. The Publisher may suspend an account in case of serious breach, without refund of availability time or photos used abusively.

9. Liability

Character replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. They are not professional advice. The Publisher strives to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted, in particular in case of failure of WhatsApp, the carrier or technical providers. If the User is going through a difficult time, they are encouraged to contact a professional or a local crisis line.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts are those provided for by law.
